I have that same Nat. Geo flexi. Can't wait to do a water-themed show one day and play it. It's really cool
Avatar Swag For Life Member Wed. 10/21/15 8:11pm northguineahills:

Damn, I only have a Winston Churchill funeral Nat Geo Flexi.
Avatar Wed. 10/21/15 8:12pm Gary:

There were special issues, Hyde -- made up of previous material, and they'd throw in a bonus, like stickers or a flexi or something
Avatar Wed. 10/21/15 8:14pm Gary:

Avatar    Wed. 10/21/15 8:14pm hyde:

@Flash ha, nice. Mine went through my college dorm years. Would not be playable on radio

@Gary huh. that seems like something I should remember or have gotten, but somehow I don't and didn't
Avatar Swag For Life Member Wed. 10/21/15 8:16pm northguineahills:

Impressed, I only recognize (a) Phew so far.

Avatar Wed. 10/21/15 8:30pm Gary:

What next: Algerian 70s? Postpunk around the world? Mix of mostly African 45s? Maybe throw in an Almadovar 7"?

I had no idea Almodovar made music.
Avatar Wed. 10/21/15 9:17pm Gary:

Isn't it terrific? It was a fake glam act, and I'm not sure they ever did more than this extended single
Avatar Swag For Life Member Wed. 10/21/15 9:17pm coelacanth:

interesting image over there. (<) when i was little we only had those metal ones (3 down,2nd from left) and i witnessed/was instrumental in at least a half-dozen 45s breaking clean in half. i finally perfected my technique and by the time i was 8 or so it was my job!
soon my father brought home a bunch of those yellow ones and i was useless again.
Avatar Wed. 10/21/15 9:18pm Gary:

Actually, NGH -- turns out they did a whole album! www.discogs.com...
