I'm sleeping really badly at the moment, was awake at 5am again.
Daughter has a holiday this week, so she's gone to Portugal with a couple of other aussie girls she met at her Uni.
She's doing well and having fun, so great relief (but I miss her)

Tammy Wynette?!

The idea of Lou Reed and Tammy Wynette being on the same record sounds like a weird joke. But, well, The KLF did get her to do vocals on one of their songs, so maybe she was like: I’m up for anything.

Made in Japan meant crap. But I have always loved Japan.... So, music. This is the last bastion of culture that Japanese music hasn't gone mainstream. Some bands sort of have, and I don't want to mention them, Baby Mtl, Band Aid, these bands were made for Japanophiles i¥living in the USA, their sound is immediately recognizable. So, I'm taking about like 1964 -65. I thought all Japanese stuff was crap. I had never even seen anything from China or Hong Kong!

I really am a sentimental old guy. I have been a cryer at movie since I was a little kid. Dumbo? You kidding? I cried and cried at that. When little Dumbo and his mom held trunks when they were in separate cages! Oh! I cried y eyes out. I've always been a crier.
