We're at 14C/58F outside. I have a sweater on, but one of my kitties is very sensitive and she gets stressed when the indoor temperature gets below a certain point. Pooka is very sensitive despite her pose in my profile photo.

Thanks, Jan. This will be my sixth Covid vaccine. I know what to expect. It's not incapacitating, but I do need to rest. My temperature goes up to 100-101 F. Acetaminophen does away with that.

I really wouldn't know any typical Zwolle dish. We have a kind of cream cake "Zwolse Bol" but that isn't that different from the Bosche Bol, I think. Oh dear, you really are asking the wrong person I'm afraid. 😬

And I'm not born and raised here, my family comes from the region Amsterdam/ Utrecht. I'm living about 100 km from my roots, which for a Dutchman is pretty far away :-)

But Dutch cuisine has a lot of stews. The other day comedian Theo Maassen was joking about the lack of authenticity of Dutch cuisine by saying he'd rather had a typical Dutch treat like Cordon Blue, instead of all those foreign dishes.
