It’s not good. In April Neil had a full on psychotic break. The police came to check on Neil when a neighbor called in a wellness check. Neil attacked the cops, tore off one of the cop’s badge and stabbed him in the neck with the pin. He’s since been locked up in the psych ward while awaiting trial. His wife set up a led
