Oh, I actually heard a sleep specialist on public radio once. They said one shouldn't normally nap more than 45 minutes or an hour. And, not too late into the evening if one has a usual routine.

I can't exactly pin down what fails to grab me re: Sinatra. Mostly, vaguely, I just can't imagine wanting to hear a full side of any of his albums. But then compare Tony Bennett or Johnny Mathis, whom I enjoy. And yes, Ella. Early on I was not an Ella fan, either, but my tune has changed. She can be mesmerizing.
