Google translate in the bend.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:08pm
Jan Turkenburg:

Shal I ask ChatGPT to translate it?
Avatar 🎸 Swag For Life Member 2:09pm
Paper Kosmonaut:

"I'm so worried about the baggage retrieval system they've got on Heathrow"
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:09pm
Jan Turkenburg:

The Dutch phrase "Wel wis en drie! Wat ik je brom." can be translated into English as "Well for sure and three! I tell you."
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:10pm
Jan Turkenburg:

well that's actually pretty close...
Avatar 2:11pm

Fay Lovsky! Are we going to hear Tokyo Taxi Robot by Arling & Cameron??

↳ Paper Kosmonaut @2:09
I'm pretty sure AI can fix that.

Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:12pm
Jan Turkenburg:

↳ Paper Kosmonaut @2:12
perhaps...
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:14pm
Jan Turkenburg:

↳ Song: "The Robot" by "Diana"
Funny how today's robots don't sound like vocoders anymore.
Avatar 2:15pm
Mr Fab:

This set proves one of my record-shopping rules: songs with "robot" in the title are going to be cool. Vocoders! Sci-Fi! New Wave beats!

("Voodoo" being another can't-miss song title word.)
Avatar 🎸 Swag For Life Member 2:17pm
Paper Kosmonaut:

A good robot nowadays sounds like Alan Rickman. I think his rendition of Marvin is great.
Avatar 2:17pm
Mr Fab:

↳ Jan Turkenburg @2:14
Right?! We need Siri, Alexa, and car GPS voices to speak like vocoders.
Avatar 2:18pm
Mr Fab:

↳ Mr Fab @2:17
and call us "master."
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:19pm
Jan Turkenburg:

↳ Mr Fab @2:17
I think that should be one of the regulations they plan AI to be submitted to.
Avatar 🎸 Swag For Life Member 2:21pm
Paper Kosmonaut:

The most significant thing about robots and especially AI comes from - I think - Stephen Hawking. He stated that there is in fact nothing wrong with AI and robots but there *might* be with the companies exploiting them.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:22pm
Jan Turkenburg:

And imagine a Qanon/religion led by a chatbot
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:23pm
Jan Turkenburg:

We have a something without consciousness easily tricking people into believeing/feeling they have.
Avatar 🎸 Swag For Life Member 2:24pm
Paper Kosmonaut:

↳ Jan Turkenburg @2:22
That actually is close to the MAGA - movement. Maybe the chatbot is more eloquent than that orange wankstain ever will be.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:25pm
Jan Turkenburg:

We don't need a chip implanted, or be plugged into the matrix for robots taking over the world. They only need language to get inside us and manipulate us. The primitive ones like youtube and fb already do...
Avatar 🎸 Swag For Life Member 2:28pm
Paper Kosmonaut:

↳ Song: "Ben je aan de rees, Kees" by "Dingetje"
Is this a Vreeswijk pastiche?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:28pm
Jan Turkenburg:

I did some experiments with ChatGPT, testing it's problem solving capability. I was truly shocked by what it already was capable of and how fast I could make it aware of mistakes it made and how it used those suggestions to come to the righ solution.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:28pm
WR:

↳ Song: "Ben je aan de rees, Kees" by "Dingetje"
Enjoying this, and probably more than if I understood the words.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:28pm
Jan Turkenburg:

↳ Paper Kosmonaut @2:28
Sounds like it
Avatar 2:30pm
Mr Fab:

"institutionalized". Correct!

And a few minutes ago, one of my co-workers was cranking up that very song down the hall from my desk.
Avatar 🎸 Swag For Life Member 2:31pm

↳ Mr Fab @2:30
And that is a great tune!
Avatar 🎸 Swag For Life Member 2:41pm

↳ Song: "Bakblik" by "Dutch Word Of The Week"
That is a springvorm!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:41pm
Jan Turkenburg:

↳ Paper Kosmonaut @2:41
but that's a type of bakblik toch?
Avatar 🎸 Swag For Life Member 2:41pm
Paper Kosmonaut:

This is a bakblik: s.s-bol.com...
Avatar 🎸 Swag For Life Member 2:43pm
Paper Kosmonaut:

↳ Jan Turkenburg @2:41
All right. But it generally is called springvorm.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:43pm
Jan Turkenburg:

I'm not good in bakblikken it appears... last week I showed an ophaalbrug. Admit that I'm improving.
Avatar 🎸 Swag For Life Member 2:45pm
Paper Kosmonaut:

↳ Song: "Let's Get Digital" by "What Fun!"
Wow! What Fun!
Avatar 🎸 Swag For Life Member 2:47pm
Paper Kosmonaut:

All right Jan! (-: a springvorm is a bakblik indeed.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:50pm
