	4:20pm Mike Rogers: We get lots of films. Last year we had 300, so just being Selected is good.

	4:21pm Mike Rogers: I think last year we only screened 20 or 25 videos.
	4:22pm Mike Rogers: It's only the second year, so we get bigger and bigger every year!
	4:25pm Mike Rogers: This year is our second year (Actually should be 4th but Covid) But we finally got some support from the Tokyo Chamber of Commerce!!! They are paying for our posters, and the TV broadcast and that kind of stuff! So at least we won't lose so much money.... But this is a long term plan. 3~ 5 years for break even. So anything helps!

There were news reports that very high ranking police were calling the detention center and the boss asking for McCartney's autograph (for their kids ofr something) Really, like Chief f police types, etc.... You know pulling favors from "friends." It was a sort of scandal in Japan. I just saw that on the news and laughed.

What good is art if no one sees it?" So I decided I'd sell everything... I haven't painted since then. Maybe I will someday. I'm thinking about it, but have been thing about it for 15 years or so!

And no one needs to be a "Good at art guy" Just have an image and if you can put that image on canvas, you are a master!

	5:39pm Mike Rogers: When I lived in the states, I would go to Garage sales and buy busted up old radios and repair them and then sell them at the Swap Meet!

	5:40pm Mike Rogers: Well, old radios, old furniture. In Japan old furniture is really old or it doesn't exist because of the war or just cheap materials.

	5:55pm Mike Rogers: ↳ Mike Rogers @5:49 They were talking about some big hill that the Russians held and the general was ordering his guy to go take that hill. It was a terribly bloody battle. Do you know about Japan - Russian War of 1904 - to 1905? That is a wild story!

	5:56pm Mike Rogers: 4 Japanese battleships a few destroyers wiped out like 20 or 30 Russian Batlleships.
