Hey hey, cellar dwellers, wishing you strength, peace and power. We were watching MSNBC tonight and hearing details on the fascists in government had us boiling over. What in hell is happening with the right-wing? Goose steps.

Can you believe this classic album of WILLIAM BURROUGHS includes musical accompaniment by the NBC Symphony? I don’t see a mega-corporation engaging in this revolutionary art these days. Shocking it ever happened. If you missed this album, Dead City Radio, get it! Vital listening.

Does the NBC Symphony even still exist?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:23pm
Beneath the Underground:

Mr Fab: sadly, no. It was of a time when live broadcasts were heard on radio and television on a regular basis. Some of NY’s best musicians were employed in it, including the first president of Local 802 of the American Federation of Musicians

I coat the chicken in scone mix. Cook the chicken in butter, then pour in lots of lemon juice. Sometimes I take the chicken out first.
Then let it get thick, then throw in some rum.

Weirdly enough Jerry Harrison and Adrian Belew are touring a “Remain in Light” tribute. With no other Heads.

Folks, this is the last week of the Marathon. Yes, we won't bug you for another whole year! (Not like those OTHER public/college stations that seem to constantly hassle you, smirk smirk..)

You are correct, John - we don't get any corporate grants. The reality is: if you don't donate, this free-thinking, free-form radio does not exists. Top of this page, hit that PLEDGE NOW!

John, this happened: When Richard Hell read at Beyond Baroque in Venice, we went. After the reading he was signing books. I said to him in all seriousness " I too lit a field on fire." He looked into the far distance, and did a spit take. " Were you bored too?" he asked. Of course I was referencing the story of him and Tom running away. I read about it in the CD booklet of Blank Generation, years before 'I Dreamed I was ...'
