Hey Jamie and everyone! Been here whole time. Busy with work and about to have a nervous breakdown because the stupid internet people who installed my new router when we had the freeze a couple weeks ago said I needed a new outside line, well they were supposed to come today to install. When they didn't arrive in the time window, I called and they said they didn't have appt. scheduled! They even confirmed yesterday. I'm trying to deal with that now. I had too much coffee and flipped!! Now can't get through calling them (stuck in an automated loop) and now trying to get it resolved with an online person! I'm about to cancel that freaking service if I don't get some help soon! So freaking frustrating!
