@Dave: nope, I am nothing. But ask Intants Chavirés in Montreuil. Pay is not great, but above board (good or bad depending on your situation), so tax and such are taken care of. But they have to like you. Not unlike the station. You should do well, my stepping in would be counterproductive. You'll stand on your own work
