@Darryl: grabbing the whole show as the 128kbps archives is what I do anyway – I have 4TB of WFMU shows right still, expanding day to day ... If the archives ever break down because of the Zombie apocalypse, I have my own one :)

I've actually lost two of my own shows (well, deleted them by accident) but I know I can get copies from the arcghive if I really need them

the archives are so great, I don't know any other station which handels it as good – only bummer is that the shows quality, if older than four weeks or so, goes from 128 to 64 ... Legal reasons probably, but that's why I archive the 128er versions on my own hard drive

I was too afraid to ask at which position of the sampler we are as I couldn't make sense of the playlist, too, but just assumed that I am simply too dumb ... (which is the right answer in 99% of other cases)

My husband has real issues with his digestion and suffers from IBS: we both recently had food intolerance tests and that flagged up dairy and whet as possible issues, so we're trying it short-term to see if it helps
