Laura Ingalls Wilder (Feb 7th 1867 - Feb 10th 1957) wrote the iconic "Little House" series of children's' books about her life growing up in settler America with her family. On today's Hi-Waisted Modernists with DJ GeorgyGirl, I'll be reading from "Little House In The Big Woods" which tells the story of the Ingalls' family adventures in the woods of Missouri in the 19th century.

I started a project 20 some odd years ago after binging all of Little House episodes called, "Little House on the Breakbeats" sampling paaaaaaa and the music from the shows. This show here today, inspires me to revive that project. The obvious second volume of breakbeats would be sampling Highway To Breakbeat Heaven.
