Fine plant allies both, if you can get past the ditchwater flavor of mullein and the rampant bitterness of mugwort. I love 'em.

	6:04pm Avrilinmay: If something sold in France is not too far-fetched or anything (I am unaware of its availability outside of there), and putting my questioning of the ethics of the channels of its manufacture and trade aside for a moment, because your health and cutting down on [however we want to call it] is more important ! :) (Also because I could not think of the theramin music rec, outside of the one that is probably already in your orbit) There is this tea I was drinking for a while "Palais des thés" that comes in different flavours. The 'flavored rooibos' one smells so good and the 'jardin infusion gourmande' one was good, calming and gave warm cozy feels, plus tasted good. There's also this "Comptoirs Richard" I have just trued which is fine

	🍝 ♥ 5:50pm Niall: @olivia - I think mullein and mugwort are worth cultivating a taste for. The former is relaxing, the latter... awakening, but not in a caffeinated sense. Fine plant allies both, if you can get past the ditchwater flavor of mullein and the rampant bitterness of mugwort. I love 'em.

	5:51pm Tootie: When I was caffeine free, I enjoyed rooibos with a little milk or yerba mate. Mate has a caffeine alternative called mateine I believe so it still gives you a little jump but rooibos is smooth as the day is long

	6:04pm Avrilinmay: If something sold in France is not too far-fetched or anything (I am unaware of its availability outside of there), and putting my questioning of the ethics of the channels of its manufacture and trade aside for a moment, because your health and cutting down on [however we want to call it] is more important ! :) (Also because I could not think of the theramin music rec, outside of the one that is probably already in your orbit) There is this tea I was drinking for a while "Palais des thés" that comes in different flavours. The 'flavored rooibos' one smells so good and the 'jardin infusion gourmande' one was good, calming and gave warm cozy feels, plus tasted good. There's also this "Comptoirs Richard" I have just trued which is fine
