It is produced by David Weinstein and Outpost Artists Resources operating out of the Ridgewood section of Queens, NY, where you'll find more yellow bricks than on the road to Oz and the cemetery of your choice is never more than a few blocks from home.

I used to sleep 3-5 hours of sleep age 14-30, and then, bam!, I hit a brick wall at age 31, and needed 7.5 hours of sleep to feel normal.

slugluv i've had sleep disorder since i was little; but i was making progress and getting to sleep by 12-1am almost every night for a while...then ~a month ago i took a 2-week job (that turned into a 1-week job) that started at 9, nightly, and threw a full-size crowbar into my sleep routine.

ever since the 90s (when "sleep disorder centers" were becoming a thing), the running joke is that i would finally go to one of these places, they would ask, "when was the last time you had a good night's sleep?" and my response would be, "1968!"
thing is NOW, even if i am up at all sorts of crazy hours, i have NO energy -- like if i had insomnia years ago, i was at least able to do stuff

for a few weeks now it's been 2 to 2.5 hours/night every other night; and on the alternate nights it's usually 5 to 5.5 hours, with interruptions - with an occasional 10-11 hour marathon.
those alternate nights seem to be enough though to give me generally pretty good energy.
