Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:33pm Rich in Washington:

Oh hey, Escape Mechanism will be joining us with his very own show in a matter of weeks.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:33pm Rich in Washington:

God, I love this album. Hometown pride!
Avatar 1:35pm ironybread:

Bless Kenzo for his Queue function in the playlist, without which the preceding 5-minute marathon would not have been possible

I absolutely adore every minute of Miniatures. Such a great concept and album.
Avatar 1:53pm ironybread:

Aaaaaand here comes another artist I'm apparently breaking on WFMU, August Plinth. Real name = Bill Bingham. The record sleeves say "Vox Records, New York City" but he had them made via private press in southern Florida. So many nutty stories - eventually I'll make a giant blog post about his seven albums of spoken word
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:56pm Rich in Washington:

You record breaker you.
Avatar 2:04pm chresti:

My favorite kind of Beatle cover.
Avatar 2:04pm ironybread:

I don't know the full story of Banda Plastica - were they a put-on?
Avatar 2:05pm chresti:

Don't know?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:06pm Jan Turkenburg:
