	10:55pm Franco Twinkie: Along time ago I was making myself some Mexican food, and this kid who lived in the Santa Cruz mountains was watching and amazed that I would do such a thing. I asked him if he cooked anything and he said pies. I asked what kind of pies? He said blackberry pies. Amazed, I probed. and he said the mountains were full of blackberries. That kid lit the fuse for me. It took a while to figure it out, but I've been making fruit pies ever since.
