Evening, Kim and everyone!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:03pm chresti:

Hi Kim and fellow greasers!
Avatar 7:04pm northguineahills:

Am I here? The sleep I got this weekend helped my health. At least this grease is global (wipes off face).
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:05pm KimSorise:

Welcome, Welcome all! Enjoy the show. Thanks for stopping by...
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:07pm doctorjazz:

Hi all! Feeling greasy!
Glad to hear that you're feeling better, NGH!
(really like this opening track... Jazz tonight?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:09pm KimSorise:

A bit of a mix tonight - still pulling it together. Some under appreciated LPs and a few other things
Avatar 7:11pm northguineahills:

36 hours of sleep in 3 days will help!

Thanks doctorjazz!
  7:19pm Doug Schulkind:

Good evening, Grease Maestro!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:20pm chresti:

I'll be catching up on sleep tomorrow night. Today is my Thursday, Saturday is my Monday.
Avatar 7:40pm northguineahills:

It's a hallogallo evening...
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:41pm chresti:

Yay mom!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:42pm listener james from westwood:

For years Ken Freedman played this behind his mic breaks during the Marathons, especially on the final night, so this tune now Pavlovs my pledging reflex!
Avatar 7:43pm northguineahills:

My college gf at the time, nearly inviscerated me at the time when we took a road trip to NYC, and I spent most of my $ on records at Other Music, Neu! was one of them.
Avatar 8:11pm northguineahills:

I'm itching for some Zorn Parachute works (and I hate requesting, anytime w/in the next 20 years is fine w/ me!)
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:12pm doctorjazz:

Red Garland, with Trane and Donald Byrd, cool!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:13pm KimSorise:

Hmm... Note sure I have that Zorn LP. BUt if I come across it, I will play. May be on CD somewhere.
Thanks, DocJazz - Haven’t played this in years
Avatar 8:14pm northguineahills:

You have two decades, Kim!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:18pm doctorjazz:

Haven't seen or heard that Zorn set, looked it up, looks interesting. Came out recently (it's a recent reissue of older Zorn stuff) .May have to check it out)...still have a recent 10 CD Zorn set I haven't gotten to yet. .)
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:18pm doctorjazz:

7 cds I believe.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:22pm KimSorise:

Then, no... I dont have a Zorn collection that large. I thought it may have been a couple of other collections - but I have not delved into my CDs for years
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:24pm doctorjazz:

I think it is a compilation of stuff originally released on vinyl for the most part.
Avatar 8:25pm northguineahills:

@Kim y drjazz, It came out originally as standalone albums....
Avatar 8:25pm northguineahills:

George Russell!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:33pm Doug Schulkind:

I was eating dinner, but just checking in to offer BLESSINGS for that righteous Yusef track. I love that guy.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:34pm chresti:

I really haven't heard much of Zorn's music
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:35pm chresti:

loveling this set
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:40pm listener james from westwood:

Damn right to taking one's birthday off—my practice too. Hugest happy birthdays in advance!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:40pm doctorjazz:

Have a great Birthday, Kim!
  8:43pm slawooy:

Happy birthday !!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:43pm KimSorise:

Thanks so much! I think I played more favorites than overlooked jams - But I still think the show came out copacetic. Stay Tuned for Sam! He;s up next.
Avatar 8:51pm northguineahills:

Seamless transition, went to the store and had the Mile's "On the Corner" Box Set on, walk back in the house, and Les McCann is on!
Avatar 8:51pm northguineahills:

Taking care of personal hygiene, thanks Kim!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:58pm KimSorise:

Best to you all! Thanks again.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:01pm chresti:
