After the show, we had to Tram's homestyle Vietnamese joint on Penn Avenue. The best Vietnamese food since the place downstairs on Doyers Street in Lower Manhattan. (OK, now I'm gonna cry.)

Born 1937, Bill Anderson has had a notably long and successful career in country music decades after his last Top Ten hit as a performer (in 1978).
