Bristol. Big music scene. Reggae, punk, trip hop, etc! Biggest city in the West. I got to visit that fair city in 2018. There was a museum exhibit on Bristol music from the 1950s through 21stC. I was there 3 hours.

Gary: That museum ia free, municipal one, The M-Shed, a former shipping warehouse. There was also a fairly radical exhibit on history, labor and peace struggles, an anti-slavery exhibit on Bristol's connection to slavery. Impressive.

I knew a group of American experimental psychologists who made a trip to the USSR in the 80s, and everyone they met was trying to solve the mind-body problem with EEGs and the like. The Americans were thrown for a loop by this. The mind-body problem seemed a bit too lofty to them.
