Ooh, I'd love the singles disc. I'm not a huge fan of stereo mixes of things. I have a small number of CDs that have the mono- and stereo mixes on them, and I never bother with the latter. Pet Sounds is one. I think one of the 13th Fl. Elevator LPs, and maybe a Caravan CD.

I just listened to the first half of Cornelius Cardew's Treatise as performed in 2017 by London Experimental Ensemble. It is radiant. But the notes observe that Cardew was inspired by Hesse's Glass Bead Game. I know I've read some Hesse, but neither GBG nor Steppenwolf.
