Scott, about your swag. Keep the faith. On December 11 I ordered CDs on bandcamp that were shipping from France. Had not received them by March 11 and when I tried to enter the tracking info into the French postal system web site it said the tracking number was too old, no information available. The company tried to track it from their side. By April 9 they said they could not get any info on the package and would ship again, since they were probably lost. April 22 a package arrived with the CDs. Yes, you guessed it, it was the original shipment. Nearly 5 months for some thing that used to take only a couple of weeks.

WR I had a similar ordeal that just got resolved. I bought records from a company in Germany, and got radio silence for six months. I just got a reply and the order is now being shipped
