Bloody cold start today, but looking like we're in for another get drunk on a sunny verandah day.

G'day The Knave, Scott, HyperDose, Doug! Sounds like a cold Sunday, and Scott's idea sounds like the balm for lockdown! Cool here in NE USA, 10C. The tunes will heat things up, tho! With some beers!

Hello all! Obsucure locations or not - it's great to have you here!
Todays show features legit (and not so legit) twangers and twisters from the east, Boogaloo shades of Bond, Hard drinkin' Rhythm & Blues, Swanky Jazz & Big Band Numbers, Mexicali Rock N Roll, vintage Calypso and some stoned 60's & 70's vibes you just gotta pick up on!

Doug, cheers mate! US was never on my visit wish list. Until through FMU I found the proof, humans do exist there. So now a pilgrimage to the source is a definite to-do.

WR:

Softly, as in a Morning Sunrise was from a 1920s operetta and by late 50s was performed by Miles, Rollins and Coltrane. Coltrane & Dolphy gave it a spin at their Village Vanguard performances that were recorded.
Enough blah blah from me. Time to watch my partner's choice of DVD. Laters folks.
