You found the greatest radio station in the world, Ville. Lots of great DJs on four different streams. Dive in :)
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:38am

Hello Ville - welcome! We just started watching a new Netflix show from Helsinki...Deadwind! Stay warm!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:41am

also...this stream leans heavy on the 60s/70s soul, rocknroll, funk - the main station at wfmu.org is ALL OVER THE PLACE - I have a show called DotDash Radio on the main station - taking week off this week, but I'm on every other week - you can check archives here...way different from this show...www.wfmu.org...

There's my theme song

Thanks! For some reason I've followed WFMU in Twitter for a while, but I think I've never listened it. I think I'll have to change our station what we listen at work. Radio Helsinki is a great station, but their current morning show is kinda lame. There's awesome programs thoug, like Njassa: https://www.radiohelsinki.fi/ohjelma/njassa-2/ and Matti Nives: https://www.radiohelsinki.fi/ohjelma/mattinives/ …click from "Soittolistat" (Playlists) so you can see what kind of tracks they're playing. Also available on-demand.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:50am

cool, I'll have to check it out when I'm looking for some new music at work too!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:53am

PS: Soileau is pronounced Swallow. Louisiana Franch bra.

I can find zero info about Leroy Soileau. Any photos, info, anything?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:53pm

Hey GB - thanks thanks for finding this archive! I don't have more info on Leroy Solieau - I just grabbed that great 7" on Tic Toc somewhere along the way...classic Nola Funk from 1970 but I don't have more info! thanks for tuning in! Check out my other (very different!) show on the Mothership - DotDash Radio, Friidays 9am-Noon - www.wfmu.org...
