A new set begins: Introduction - Jane-4000
Comment: OK, so I didn't have a show prepared. To be honest, I think I threw this one together day-of-show. It happens sometimes. Life gets hectic or I go out to do interviews and kind of 'freeze up.' For whatever reason, this Jane-4000 show was the result of such a week ... I ran out of time and had to 'wing it.' I hope you understand. So, I typed out some hype and let Jane do the rest. Actually, I found it to be really fun ... the bad part is, sometimes she is a little hard to understand. I didn't exactly push the envelope either in my song selections. Kind of trotted out some tired chestnuts I'd already driven into the ground. Forgive.

Comment: Thanks for checking out this episode of The Dusty Show. It wasn't a very good one, and that always disappoints me, as I care and always hope to make shows you'll like. As I mentioned earlier, sometimes the weeks get away from me time-wise, and so I have to scramble to put something together. All-in-all, I guess I'd rather do that than play a re-run. Enough damned excuses. Thanks again for listening and, hey, if you do find a moment, send that e-mail. You wouldn't believe how they brighten my countenance and give me reason to forge on. dusty@wfmu.orgWell, that's it then, for this time. I am so incredibly behind with these playlists. Maybe one day I'll catch up. Take care and have a wonderful week, whoever you are, wherever you are. Hang in there and ... always remember. CP - 6-2009
