Comment: Mall Moment : Michael was so nervous when I interviewed him. It terrified him. Poor guy. He did well though. Thank you, Michael! Interviewing in the mall was hard. Imagine walking up to strangers in Wisconsin with a very unofficial looking little micro-cassette recorder and asking for an interview for a radio station in New Jersey. Half the people think (know) I am crazy.
Comment: Excerpt - Adventures in Sound and Space - Col. Frank Erhardt - 1958 (RCA) I use this record a lot for sound bytes. I love it. It captures all that magic we felt about space when I was a kid. Reminds me of watching Gemini and Apollo missions on TV with my family and everybodies ceremonial grandpa ... Walter Cronkite. However ... this record, which I purchased in an antique store in my hometown for $1, pre-dates all that. Made the year I was born. '58
