	♥ 4:14pm spodiodi: i did get a pretty nice suede jacket though (pre-vegan days) the basil that croaked was just sitting in an old pickle jar with water, and was denied light for weeks (what else could i expect?) it was thriving before it was split up and neglected. prior attempts to grow basil were thwarted by aphids. didn't realize it was fragile nor sensitive though... i guess i feel slightly less bad about it, knowing that now (plus, i can blame my s.o., who was supposed to be daling with it, before my intervention) :"
