	♥ 10:23am Listener Gregory: Rutgers is public. In many state universities, the salaries are therefore public, but not sure about New Jersey. I don't think Rutgers will be as quick to settle as Princeton. State universities have not been on the cutting edge of equity issues in general. Everyone has a strong tendency to fall back on, "We follow all the regulations correctly" for almost any issue.

	♥ 10:23am Listener Gregory: Rutgers is public. In many state universities, the salaries are therefore public, but not sure about New Jersey. I don't think Rutgers will be as quick to settle as Princeton. State universities have not been on the cutting edge of equity issues in general. Everyone has a strong tendency to fall back on, "We follow all the regulations correctly" for almost any issue.
