It's almost true - but then there's Tunings (pain) - & only one Derek Trucks or Sonny Landreth in the whole Universe. Like Blues itself - easy to play & hard to feel, as Jimi said... or even just Electric - makes you bigger, but also your mistakes...&tc. &tc. Wow QCJ.

	♥ 11:50pm QCJ: Oh man, the cops did Canned Heat so dirty back in 1967 here that CH wrote a song called Busted in Denver. They got pinched at the Family Dog! out here, wrote the tune, came back to the venue to play and stick in the cops face.

The improv super-trio Setting released their debut last year, Shone A Rainbow Light On (Paradise of Bachelors), and will be coming through the northeast for the first time this April, performing at Public Records on April 19th with BASIC, before hopping to the west coast a few weeks later. Nathan Bowles (Pelt, Black Twig Pickers), Jaime Fennelly (Mind Over Mirrors, Peeesseye), and Joe Westerlund (Megafaun, Califone) stop by the Mothership for a Frow Show session.
