It’s an order from the governor that face covering is required inside public spaces but good luck in supermarkets. No enforcement. A third of the people aren’t wearing them. I don’t blame the staff because why risk a confrontation for crummy pay. Just tell people they won’t be allowed to check out without a mask on. Then they risk shoplifting charges and you know the stores will be happy to enforce that and so will the cops.

	♥ 12:10pm Michael Shelley: Temporary duty travel (TDY), also known as "temporary additional duty" (TAD) in the Navy and Marine Corps or TDI for "temporary duty under instruction”, is a United States Armed Forces Service member's or Department of Defense civilian employee's travel or other assignment at a location other than the traveler's permanent duty station as authorized by the Joint Travel Regulations. This type of secondment is usually of relatively short duration, typically from two days to 189 days in length. Not all agencies use this designation. Temporary duty and rotation for US troops during World War II Temporary duty assignments usually come with per diem pay, covering lodging, meals, and incidental expenses.[1] Many employees value the per diem aspect of a TDY, since that money is guaranteed, even if they spend less than their allotted daily value. However, most agencies handle the lodging per diem separately from the meals and incidentals, and employees may not make money by staying at cheaper accommodations, or putting more than one person in a room.

	12:40pm Dean: First paragraph of the 1991 2d Circuit opinion that pretty much concluded the "My Sweet Lord" litigation: Bright Tunes Music Corporation (Bright Tunes) held the copyright to a song entitled “He's So Fine” (HSF) composed by Ronald Mack. George Harrison, a former member of the musical group “The Beatles,” had authored a song called “My Sweet Lord” (MSL). In 1971 Bright Tunes sued Harrison claiming that his song infringed the copyright of Mack's song. A trial court in 1976 agreed. Today, over 15 years later, the damages issue flowing from this infringement is still being litigated, giving true-meaning for those involved to the title of the Beatles' “It's Been a Hard Day's Night.” Subsequent to the determinations to be made on the remand hereby directed, we fully expect the curtain to fall on this long-playing litigation. It’s an order from the governor that face covering is required inside public spaces but good luck in supermarkets. No enforcement. A third of the people aren’t wearing them. I don’t blame the staff because why risk a confrontation for crummy pay. Just tell people they won’t be allowed to check out without a mask on. George Harrison, a former member of the musical group “The Beatles,” had authored a song called “My Sweet Lord” (MSL). In 1971 Bright Tunes sued Harrison claiming that his song infringed the copyright of Mack's song. A trial court in 1976 agreed. Today, over 15 years later, the damages issue flowing from this infringement is still being litigated, giving true-meaning for those involved to the title of the Beatles' “It's Been a Hard Day's Night.” Subsequent to the determinations to be made on the remand hereby directed, we fully expect the curtain to fall on this long-playing litigation.
