Doesn't Golden Earring have some sort of claim to fame of being like the longest running consistent band or longest consistent members or something like that?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:31pm
Jan Turkenburg:

Joe!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:32pm
Jan Turkenburg:

Yes, I think they do!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:33pm

They had some extra members every now and then but the four of them have gone a long way together.

Hi Jan and lovely friends. A bit mad with work today but SJR in the backdrop, so if I'm ghosting you on chat, I am simply your guardian spirit and if I am on a call, I can inquire to see if Tiny Tim or Wesley Willis is available.

Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:23pm
Rich in Washington:

I liked that saying's meaning. I grew up near a Finnish family and recall doing their sauna night with them. Afterwards, all the males in their family would cannonball into their icy pond. Yikes!

@Granny: Just a late comment on the “Black Lives Matter” statement but I agree. Also — as someone who has a big mouth on comments at times — I’m not shocked by some of the anti statements that have triggered conflict as of late. Gonna state something blunt but undeniable: A lot of WFMU is nostalgia rock and a lot of people into that stuff are simply older, white and have issues to say the least.
