Charles Mingus said jazz was a word invented to separate musicians from their money. Music for a Free World brings us together, drawing listeners to the healing power of smooth free jazz. Each week, surprise guests bring their own sides to spin and their instruments of choice to spontaneously jam.

I agree Irene. Dave, your show was the perfect soundtrack! They did it, no problems. 19 hours until they dock with the station. Truly incredible.
Avatar 3:41pm StringOFperils:

Please forgive me my nerdiness. :)
Avatar 3:43pm northguineahills:

I was amazed I was able to hurdle over a balcony onto a sloped roof wearing only flipflops, and somehow avoided hurting myself. I haven't attempted that here since I was 17 (and I was wearing shoes back then)>
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:46pm Dave Sewelson:

A thousand or so people, families, kids, handmade posters, call response chants for democracy and peace, #BLACKLIVESMATTER. I hope it gets into the media, supportive, positive demonstration.
