It seems like everyone was awake last week and I missed it. I wonder if there anything going on at IRCAM.

@diciassette: The building has been closed for over a month. It might reopen partially in about one month. The festival and academy that were supposed to happen in June are cancelled, and classes have moved online. It's a pretty big hit for the young composers who were studying there (no show for their work, and some of them were planning to integrate dance into their pieces, that's out the window)

Hey Joe
Whoever set you up for remote action did an awesome job. No doubt the sound is perfect. Many of the other remote locations sound hollow/echo chamberesque
Shout out to the engineers

@Ignatatus666: I guess business is slow to nonexistent, I hope you're able to stay afloat financially and mentally

What's Deep House? Kind of made in the cellar/basement instead of bedroom?
  4:37am
Dave in Vermont on the phone:

Jack he was probably updating the playlist live to a prerecorded program. And now. He’s probably asleep.

Ignatatus666:

@fred
Just barely staying above water. We just got hit with the mandatory face covering mask bullshit. They are telling us our customers need to be covered up as well. They are out of their minds . I’m making such little money now I’m not turning away customers nor am I responsible to police them.
  4:38am
Morris:

@B Wad, strange, after waking up like 1 hour ago I read Amos Oz in bed, he was telling about waking up and thinking on Tel Aviv and some other things while drinking three cups of coffee.
Just saying, funny coincidence.
BTW. I was one of the last Europeans being in Jerusalem before the lockdown (Yad Vashem studies).

I live in Dresden (Germany). (Sadly, I have to say, because this city is "famous" for their neo-nazi PEGIDA movement.)
