Being a Kindergarten teacher on top of my high school gig was exhausting in multiple ways, BUT I found the 2 min 30 full Exercise and we used it MULTIPLE TIMES to take a break, run around like fools, and exercise. (We once ran from the top of the attic to the bottom of the basement with EXERCISE blaring and us laughing and screaming as we ran. Thanks for the intro!

(We once ran from the top of the attic to the bottom of the basement with EXERCISE blaring and us laughing and screaming as we ran. Thanks for the intro!
