One day I was upstairs where thy clean the records before they put them out and I found a couple of Hamton Hawes records. I told my friend about the time I saw him playing in the band shell at MacArthur park when I was a teenager. He told me how Hamptons ex-wife gave him the records and said "You can have them, I don't want to have anything to do with that motherfucker."

One day I was upstairs where thy clean the records before they put them out and I found a couple of Hamton Hawes records. I told my friend about the time I saw him playing in the band shell at MacArthur park when I was a teenager. He told me how Hamptons ex-wife gave him the records and said "You can have them, I don't want to have anything to do with that motherfucker."
