Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:15pm Rich in Washington:

I'm picturing Mike dancing around wearing a unitard while brandishing a cat.
Avatar 1:20pm Mr Fab:

and why is he wearing an American Indian necklace? Perhaps it was some shamanistic ceremony that changed him into a cat-man.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:21pm joe:

DO IT!!!!!! PLEASE PLEASE DO IT!!!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:23pm Rich in Washington:

I would totally watch a 1980 show about a detective who can turn into a cat because of his Indian necklace.
Avatar 1:24pm Pussywillows_Cat-tails:

The world needs that show!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:24pm Otis Fodder:

Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:26pm Rich in Washington:

I remember Manimal. It was no Misfits of Science.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:28pm joe:

No No it was not even in the same class that's for sure
Avatar 1:30pm Mr Fab:

gawd, just went on that link to the article about "Manimal", that looks hilarious.
Avatar 1:31pm Mr Fab:

X-posed? An organization for former poseurs?
Avatar 1:33pm Martinibomb:

I have actually watched all the episodes of Manimal hah!
Avatar 1:34pm Martinibomb:

I'm also obsessed with William Conrad right now and he does the opening for that show
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:36pm Otis Fodder:

X-Posed... www.discogs.com...
Avatar 1:41pm Martinibomb:

Okay I have 90min to sit here listen to your show and work on some artwork for Sheenas.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:41pm Rich in Washington:

I still love how someone stitched every single 'tonight's special guest' intro segment from Cannon together. it just goes on and on forever with every 70s TV actor you can think of.
Avatar 1:41pm Martinibomb:

I love those Quinn Martin introductions
Avatar 1:42pm Martinibomb:

Great way to credit actors
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:43pm Granny Spicy Tuna (e/em):

oh, drat, i had to step away and i missed Claudine Longet!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:44pm joe:

I have not seen it in anyway since it originally aired. I don't remember much about it but I rember watching it as it was something right up 9 year old me's ally. I'm sure there is some sort of remnants of it on Youtube if not whole episodes. When I'm done watching the Hardy Boys/Nancy Drew Mysteries I look for it.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:47pm Rich in Washington:

Much of TV was sort of a blur for me post 84 or so. I don't think I watched much network TV during that time. Maybe Night Flight on weekends.
Avatar 1:52pm Martinibomb:

@Joe we must be the same age I think I was 9 when it was on too hah
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:02pm Granny Spicy Tuna (e/em):

i don't know if i can even handle a DISCUSSION about mime poets!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:02pm Granny Spicy Tuna (e/em):

or clowns after midnight. SAFEWORD.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:03pm joe:

@martinibomb it was a great time. The networks kept trying to come up with all of those one hour action, sci fi mystery and fantasy shows that failed miserably.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:04pm Granny Spicy Tuna (e/em):

I love Claudine!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:04pm Granny Spicy Tuna (e/em):

And my pronouns are they/them or e/em. :)
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:05pm Otis Fodder:

Oh yes, of course! :)
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:05pm Granny Spicy Tuna (e/em):

I often pester The Night Owl to play Claudine and it never happens. Mean old fowl. Thank you for more Claudine!!!!!!!
Avatar 2:06pm Pussywillows_Cat-tails:

Oops, wrong song. Now we have to play 2.
Avatar 2:07pm Martinibomb:

@Joe U are so very correct. There's a ton of kooky shows that failed. I've gone thru all that over the last 10yrs love scifi/occult/horror. One show I love from that period that's really underrated is that Stingray series with Nick Mancuso
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:07pm Granny Spicy Tuna (e/em):

Oh, goodie!!!!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:07pm Granny Spicy Tuna (e/em):

My sweetie just came into the room, made a strange face and ran out. Claudine is too strong a medicine for some folx.
Avatar 2:08pm Martinibomb:

@joe there's an episode of Stingray where he's trapped in a biodome with a bunch of zombies. heh heh
Avatar 2:08pm Mr Fab:

Who was the female stand up comic? Fun-ee!
Avatar 2:12pm Pussywillows_Cat-tails:

That was Bea Bea Benson.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:13pm Rich in Washington:

I've always thought there should be a network that's nothing but failed pilots, series which ran one season or less, etc.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:14pm Rich in Washington:

The irony of Claudine Longet covering Hey That's No Way To Say Goodbye.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:15pm Granny Spicy Tuna (e/em):

Rich in Washington: yes to both ^^^
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:19pm joe:

@rich in washington That would be amazing. I believe there is a guy on Youtube who has a bunch. I seem to remember spending an afternoon lost in there.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:20pm joe:

Hasselhoff portrayed Dr. "Snapper Foster" on The Young and the Restless from 1975–82
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:29pm Granny Spicy Tuna (e/em):

i am in Claudine heaven right now. Don't skip Happy Talk!

Avatar 2:38pm Mr Fab:

Playing Claudine Longet records was the soothing balm I needed as I was experiencing a painful eye infection, at the same time the LA riots were going on. Merci, Ms Longet.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:39pm Rich in Washington:

John Denver's passing also dashed out hopes of a Gilligan's Island reunion.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:40pm Granny Spicy Tuna (e/em):

i am getting an education here!
Avatar 2:48pm Mr Fab:

I feel so cheerful now.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:53pm Granny Spicy Tuna (e/em):
