A two-hour exploration of excavations from the farthest reaches of humanity's hellish collective brain, through records, tapes, CDs, mostly scoured from country bumpkin thrift stores, creepy charity shops, backwoods junk stores, and even the internet - all mixed live. We don't judge, we just play 'em. Hosted by Rich in Washington.

Avatar 7:09pm Don-O:

Nothing smells Halloween than Ringo!!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:09pm Rich in Washington:

I know. ACTING!
Avatar 7:10pm ironybread:

I only stayed up for first 30 minutes of last night's KBOO show, but loved the cuts, especially the Damned. You know one great way to kill three minutes of radio is to play the two-note "Dah Naaaah!" hit at the beginning of Michael Jackson's Thriller on a sampling keyboard, and then play it one full step down, and another full step down, until you get to the bottom of the keyboard. This would make radio so very very good.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:10pm Rich in Washington:

I forgot how long this bit is. Good thing I'm two hours tonight.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:10pm Rich in Washington:

Hi Ironybread!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:11pm Rich in Washington:

Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:12pm melinda:

Avatar 7:17pm Don-O:

Wonder if Spike did a Valentines Day record?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:20pm melinda:

Is it pronounced Nil-son or Neel-son?
  7:21pm Hopey Appmonkey:

I remember when they performed this on The Young Ones.
Avatar 7:21pm ironybread:

Nils Lofgren Ssen Son & Sons.
Avatar 7:22pm Mr Fab:

I am most grateful to Georgie girl , don-o and Rich for serenading me as I drive the scenic Wonderland that is the LA freeway system today.
Avatar 7:22pm ironybread:

Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:23pm Otis Fodder:

Doo Dah Doo... oh no there's a monster coming!(*@&#(*@
Avatar 7:25pm Don-O:

I hope the freeways are not on fire, Fab!
  7:28pm CC:

Hi all..!.. absolutely love the rhythm meter and rhyme on this particular number Rich..!..nice choice!!!
Avatar 7:28pm ironybread:

In case you non-Californians were wondering, whenever you read about California fires, the entire state’s supply of oxygen is in fact combusting, reducing every city, every dwelling, all flora and fauna to fine ash. Everything is then rebuilt over a few days. The state film commission pays for it all
Avatar 7:29pm ironybread:

Rich - are the movie gifs from Haxan?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:31pm Rich in Washington:

Indeed they are.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:36pm Otis Fodder:

Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:41pm Rich in Washington:

I dreamt about moving furniture last night, Otis.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:44pm Otis Fodder:

Hopefully the furniture did not come alive!! Unless you were on the set of Pee Wee's Playhouse, that's good.
