	12:09am Zooropa: OK so this is an old show that came back from before I started listening. Makes sense. Welcome back. Just looked at your programs. I thought this was a new show, apologies. So far two for two bookmarked and I am trying to find the current track on itunes.

	12:12am Zooropa: I will. I was a college DJ 20 years ago, and am now working on my masters, and just started DJing again after 20 years of practicing law. I am more scared than ever. Music changed so much since the 90s
	12:14am BH: boring comment: I spent my evening following an election being held in Louisiana.. so congrats to all the people who went to election night parties and drank until they had to find a volunteer to drive them home

	12:17am BH: there'll a runoff, so they'll figure it out in November.

	12:21am BH: oh, the incumbent Dem Gov (Edwards) and a Republican (Rispone).

	12:22am BH: I'm actually in Missouri. So I just looked at results on a computer. I'm sure the concept of a Saturday election would be neat occasionally
	12:23am Zooropa: It's on purpose in Baton Rouge. Politics is LA's college football.
	12:25am BH: yeah, I looked it up a few days ago, and reasoning is "let's vote on Saturdays so the rural folk can vote"... which I guess is also how we got Tuesday as en election day back when elections involved going to the county seat and getting voting for the candidate who bribed you the most

Maybe you heard, but we had a little incident in my part of the country where a fellow named dylan shot up a church and killed a bunch of people. It was really scary. This Dylan posted things online saying he wanted to do evil things like that. That was the hostility I was referring to. So reading about someone wanting to blow up a church isn't something that we southerners look at at with nonchalance. And when Eartha Kitt sang she wanted to be evil, she wasn't talking or even joking about killing people. So sorry to be a party pooper. I'll go now.

	1:57am Fox: I think the first half of Hellraiser II is my favorite horror movie. I would add Bram Stoker's Dracula, Exorcist III, and Frankenhooker
	1:58am Keilidh: it's a tough call! i feel like horror should be scary, idk how much psychological stuff and thriller scares me. but blood, dead lady in a bathtub, "redrum" and axe swinging - maybe horror!

	2:08am jonny: Coil did all the original hellraiser themes....but of course rejected...today's news is far more horrific than any movie...
	2:15am Fox: Two nights ago I finally watched that He Never Died movie starring Henry Rollins. I liked it. The ending was a little flat, but it was weird and felt like a Vertigo comic. It was written and directed by the same dude, which always comes out cohesive.
	2:16am Keilidh: @fox - I am still halfway into it on Netflix... my undying love for Uncle Henry couldn't stop me from getting bored but I'm dead set on finishing!

	2:43am BH: yeah, I was more thinking about claims from other people about Cobain ghostwriting Hole albums like it's some sort of grave offense. Also, on the Q of favorite horror movies, I had some possible answers until thinking "you know, that might just be an action/thriller and not a horror movie".. I mean, there wasn't enough death in They Live for it to be Horror.
	♥ 2:45am Ignatatus666: Although it’s not a horror movie it will numb you to any horror movies and it’s really freaked out 13 Tzameti Another French film Don’t watch the previews Just watch that flick!!! There is an American remake that’s is absolutely awful in comparison
	2:46am Fox: BH: Why are you considering horror only by death count? Why do you not think that They Live is horror? It totally is horror. It's the trifecta of Horror/Scifi/Action. There's Hammer Horror films with only one or two deaths in the whole thing, just poet shirts and fog, and it's still considered horror.
	2:47am Fox: Oh oh oh oh! Baskin! It's on Hulu. It's disturbing and beautifully shot. Just... so horrific and so well shot and it's own thing entirely.
	2:49am Keilidh: yeah i think you have to consider the horror genre in terms of the subculture when you're classifying the movies sometimes... not just whether deaths or blood make it horror. though blood is preferable (to me).
	2:49am BH: I wasn't being 100% serious in declaring that to be criteria.. but yeah, there's non-death ways to be horrifying

Maybe you heard, but we had a little incident in my part of the country where a fellow named dylan shot up a church and killed a bunch of people. It was really scary. This Dylan posted things online saying he wanted to do evil things like that. That was the hostility I was referring to. So reading about someone wanting to blow up a church isn't something that we southerners look at at with nonchalance. And when Eartha Kitt sang she wanted to be evil, she wasn't talking or even joking about killing people. So sorry to be a party pooper. I'll go now.

	2:15am Fox: Two nights ago I finally watched that He Never Died movie starring Henry Rollins. I liked it. The ending was a little flat, but it was weird and felt like a Vertigo comic. It was written and directed by the same dude, which always comes out cohesive.

Also, on the Q of favorite horror movies, I had some possible answers until thinking "you know, that might just be an action/thriller and not a horror movie".. I mean, there wasn't enough death in They Live for it to be Horror.

	2:46am Fox: BH: Why are you considering horror only by death count? Why do you not think that They Live is horror? It totally is horror. It's the trifecta of Horror/Scifi/Action. There's Hammer Horror films with only one or two deaths in the whole thing, just poet shirts and fog, and it's still considered horror.
