I had someone try to sue me last year as I they pulled a fast stop 10 m from a stop sign. I was going 1 mile/hr. There was no damage. I took pics, and the lady made late for work by holding me up for 90 mins. She was combative, and insisted she needed an ambulance. The cop, talked to me, saw the evidence, and told her to be on her way. In court, the cop claimed he didn't file the right paper work and was reprimanded by the judge. The suit was thrown out. I thanked the officer (a Latino), he said, he didn't mind as he didn't have time for BS. I guess, that's my pass for being a white male.
