My favorite breakfast lately has been this little recipe I stole from a little place in Chelsea: some yogurt, some almond butter (I'm allergic to peanuts, some bluberries, sliced bananas, and enough granola to give it a little crunch. Dee-lish.

Oatmeal as a percentage of bread could be as high as 25%, provided there was no more than the same amout on whole wheat, the balance being strong white flour. Usually bake my own, but sort of hooked on a new bakery here, BiUK.
