	♥ 11:41am melinda: I started making a tomato soup by roasting quartered tomatoes with onion, garlic and olive oil, then blending with some water using a stick blender, plus salt and chopped basil. Using my toaster oven means less heat in the kitchen and the added roasty flavor is worth it.

	♥ 11:41am melinda: I started making a tomato soup by roasting quartered tomatoes with onion, garlic and olive oil, then blending with some water using a stick blender, plus salt and chopped basil. Using my toaster oven means less heat in the kitchen and the added roasty flavor is worth it.
