I saw Negativeland at Maxwells on this tour. They played "A Man With Five Fingers" and cut off each finger in succession and fake blood went everywhere. They also threw dollar bills into the audience. I was trying so hard to be cool and like this band. I still don't get it. I guess they are "sound artists."
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:05pm Rob (Jerzcity):

What's Shaggy griping about?

@NGH-It took me FOREVER to start liking the Grateful Dead....or most heavy metal...I still strongly dislike a LOT of Heavy Metal as its so stupid...yet I like Run to the Hills by Iron Maiden. Go figure! And I am SO DONE with Asia. Bleh. They are good but it was played to death on my school bus by the heads. (pot heads, that is.)

once, on a plane to marathon, i saw an episode of a programme that profiled different dog breeds, and the featured Italian greyhound was literally Uffizi. they had Todd Trainer on there talking about the breed and it featured bits of him drumming and stuff about the band. it was really tailor-made to my interests

  4:56pm fake Jimmy Carl Black:

now I'm living very luxurious
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:56pm steveo:

In the BBC documentary Beyond Nashville Harris recalls, "I would say until I had met Gram and started working with him I didn't really understand or have a real love or feel for country music. Like most of my generation, you know, country music was politically incorrect for us at that point. It was associated with Republicans and Right Wing and that sort of thing. He taught me the beauty and the poetry, the simplicity, the honesty in the music. And the love of harmony came from really singing with him."

Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:56pm Carmichael:

Parsons' stepfather was a country artist, Coon Dog Connor. Also died of alcoholism ....
