RomanDogBird:

one of my absolute favorites, i used to put it on all the time when i'd go to sleep (and i mean that as a compliment, it's so soothing to me)

AdamFromOldeKenzo:

I found out about this album from a blog Jim O'Rourke had back in the day....late 90s. He had a Minimalism Top 10 list with Earth 2 on it...

RomanDogBird:

...found it difficult to think of the things that disturb me...Afterwards, everything seemed right with the world.
Avatar 3:08am
AdamFromOldeKenzo:

Also, all the critics hated this album back then...they were like "Kurt Cobain's drug dealer noodles on guitar" or something...

I know people who often serve as Keiji Haino's translators and take him record hunting when he's in Paris
Avatar 4:07am
AdamFromOldeKenzo:

a cool followup would be some of the cheesy eastern european stuff you play sometimes, Zoe!

I want to believe that every title to every Keiji Haino /
fushitsusha track is actually written by Keiji Haino, but I'm guessing it's actually google translate...

Nice trajectory in this show, starting with Earth and getting to this point was seamless and made sense. That takes some serious DJ skill
