Hey Rex! I saw "The Scarf" the other day, the source of the "I'm no lily" drop-in by Mercedes McCambridge. Pretty darn good!

I'm surprised Link and Doug never fronted a band called the Wrayouts.

  2:26pm BANG BANG OUCH:

"I was in New York one week before the new schedule was to be announced, at a CBS party on a Friday night, where they told me not to worry about a thing, you’re in, “Mannix” was picked up. But the following Wednesday, I got a phone call at about six o’clock in the morning from a writer in New York who said, ‘Mike, what have you got to say about “Mannix” being cancelled?’ I said, ‘What?!’ ‘Well, they just announced the new schedule and you’re not on it.’ I couldn’t believe what I heard. What happened between that Friday night and Wednesday, Paramount had a dispute with CBS and that’s why we went off the air. Even in our final year, we had a thirty-four show average, which means it still was a hit show." - Mike Connor on the end of Mannix
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:30pm Ken From Hyde Park:

The Mannix theme song by Lalo Schifrin was one of my favorites of the 70s cop shows, after Hawaii 5-0. No brow!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:31pm ChrisB.:

When you hear the tone, "I'm not a highbrow..." it will be @2:30 on Fool's Paradise.
