So I'm a little out of the loop, but what happened to Dr Gameshow?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:05pm Aaron in Minneapolis:

I just hope we get a recorder cover of Justin Beiber tonight!
  8:05pm Exile:

Jo is great regardless though.
Avatar 8:06pm bobdoesthings:

@exile - it's no more! finito!

  8:07pm P-90:

A dead squirrel dedication already?
  8:07pm JakeGould:

Hey! My angry umbrella lady from last week was a stranger.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:10pm Aaron in Minneapolis:

p-90, you remind me of Casey Kasem
  8:10pm Anthony:

I'll take a pass if that's OK
Avatar 8:10pm bierly:

Avatar 8:11pm bierly:

  8:12pm jofirestone:

201-209-9368! call in to dedicate a song to a stranger~!
Avatar 8:13pm AD Morgan:

Oh hey I guess that person was talking about me, my name's Anthony. But I'm an old man who lives in Tasmania, so I think maybe someone on the East Coast USA would make for an easier relationship. I am sorry it didn't work out geographically and I will never forget whatever it was we had.
Avatar 8:15pm cosmic matrix:

i danced around to that entire song with one eye closed as penance for my bad deed.
  8:16pm lord freakington:

carpenters? BREAD?
  8:16pm JakeGould:

I really gashed his hand while attempting to make linoleum tile art.
  8:16pm P-90:

Can we have a rule that roadkill dedications should wait for the bottom half of the hour?
Avatar 8:17pm bobdoesthings:

gotta make sacrifices for art jake!
  8:17pm JakeGould:

@P-90: What about gashing a friend’s hand in the process of making art?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:18pm Aaron in Minneapolis:

Jake, some stories just shouldn't be told on the radio you know
Avatar 8:18pm bierly:

one time a cop in a save-a-lot asked if i was hurting, and that he was good at healing those who are hurting. idk what he meant and im too nervous to call in but i'd dedicate a song to that spiritual save a lot cop
  8:18pm JakeGould:

Oh wow! Mello really did it!
Avatar 8:19pm slowbear:

  8:20pm P-90:

  8:21pm Betamax81 (Aaron Hali):

Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:22pm mello:

hi everyone!!! thank you for the positive and negative comments. they both help me become a better player
  8:22pm P-90:

What's gonna happen in 40 minutes?
  8:23pm JakeGould:

Yeah! This “Be True to Your School” is perfect! I still feel regret for gashing Robert’s hand with a linoleum tool in Junior High School! THANKS JO!!!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:24pm Aaron in Minneapolis:

p-90 dont worry about it
  8:25pm Betamax81 (Aaron Hali)@Jake Gould:

  8:33pm JakeGould:

  8:36pm lord freakington:

bierly cALL IN
  8:36pm Justin B:

Thanks Jake!
  8:36pm JakeGould:

I just started a new job and for lunch they had sandwiches… And one of the choices was MEATBALL SUB! What small joy!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:38pm mello:

the subway preacher and mr. meatball should hangout at a Subway sandwich chain store!
  8:39pm Justin B:

Mr. Meatball would love this song. Thanks Jo for this outlet of appreciation!
  8:39pm P-90:

Dave should do a thing where you watch the debate with the sound off and the captions on, and Dave and callers comment and goof on it. Or maybe that's more of a Tom Scharpling move. Maybe Dave should just ignore the debate and play some sweet jams. And read the Cleveland Crime Blotter.
  8:41pm JakeGould:

  8:42pm JimmyfromKearny:

Hey Jo, sometime in the future, could you play Brecht's "Ballad on Approving of the World" preferably Robyn Archer's version...?
Avatar 8:42pm bobdoesthings:

hey jimmy!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:42pm Aaron in Minneapolis:

Jake, I am as stunned as you are
  8:43pm Justin B:

The ultimate missed connection, Ken
Avatar 8:43pm AD Morgan:

P-90 I had almost the same thought, but not with any organisation on Dave's part. Just watch the debate with the sound down and listen to TGDHS.
  8:45pm P-90:

Wow, on the phone Ken from HP sounds a little like Kermit the Frog, In a good way, of course
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:48pm Ken From Hyde Park:

I was speaking through the Bluetooth connection in my car, so probably a little distorted.
  8:49pm Justin B:

Sounds like Harry Gensemer
  8:49pm JakeGould:

@KenFromHydePark: Kudos, Ken!
Avatar 8:50pm bobdoesthings:

great going gensemer! now there is a wild cigarette smoking robot on the loose..
  8:50pm Justin B:

Great to hear your nonsense back on the air, Harry!
Avatar 8:50pm Chris M.:

i was working at the baked beans plant, manually implanting the pigs fat in the mass. suddenly, my hands touched something that was neither pork nor bean based: a human hand. it was attached to a stranger who had suddenly appeared before me. she was new at the beanery. we held hands just a little too long and then we both released each other at the same time. beans everywhere. the beans of human kindness. i was immediately fired for throwing the beans everywhere. but Susan, if you're out there, i want to dedicate a song to you. if you're out there, please find my jacket that i left at the plant and email me.
Avatar 8:51pm bobdoesthings:

@chris m - that's beautiful. and hey!
  8:52pm Justin B:

So many Justins!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:52pm Ken From Hyde Park:

When I got to my bike, I found it missing the rear wheel. I hiked halfway back to Kingston in my mud shoes carrying the bike. I managed to hitch a ride the rest of the way.
Avatar 8:53pm Chris M.:

@bobdoesthings: hey! sorry i missed your call because i had to eat some beans.
Avatar 8:54pm bobdoesthings:

@chris m - its cool.. I mean.. that's fine.. but how come you never return my calls? don't tell me beans!
  8:54pm JakeGould:

Jo, this show is so good. You’re doing great.
  8:55pm wehateyourhate:

Justins unite!
Avatar 8:57pm bobdoesthings:
