Well, Joe B., it's been $1.2 M for just a FEW yrs. in my recollection. But Stn. Mgr. Fred Keenan did say financial conditions this yr. are the worst ever. Part of it is the absence of rent revenue from what's now Monty Hall.

How's this idea: hire out Monty Hall to dancercise classes. Seems it'd be great for that on the evenings you don't have use for it. And I'm sure dancercise makes $ !
