Hello All. Scott, Greg, Matt fS, yall
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:09pm Matt from Springfield:

Hey Scott, Greg, VP, Yair, bloopy and everyone else! Thanks for coming here today.

@Scott: It was quite emotional on Therese's show, where it started as a Happy Birthday/new album Bowie theme, and suddenly shifted into a memorial tribute mood. What a world of difference in that context.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:09pm Matt from Springfield:

+BriJet and Grook.

WHA? Is this a SW project? :)
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:11pm Guido from Cologne:

Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:12pm Matt from Springfield:

Guten Abend Guido!
Eno + Iggy, still around.
Bowie + Lou (+Nomi, long ago), passed on. It's just a consequence of time.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:13pm Grok-o-matic:

OMG, been forever since I've heard Ween Don't Get 2 Close. So, good. Sounds just like Bowie!

I used to jam this track out on every mix tape.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:14pm Matt from Springfield:

@Grok: I've never heard this, it's great!

My go-to Bowie parody/tributes are Liam Lynch "Fake David Bowie Song" and of course, Flight of the Conchords "Bowie's In Space".

Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:41pm Caryn:

It's odd, I was clicking through some Bowie covers on YT and after some clicked on a totally non-Bowie track from one of the artists that I hadn't listened to for years, and realised that track had a whole verse all about Ziggy Stardust that I'd never noticed before.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:41pm Grok-o-matic:

Ha, I was just listening to this whole album and after all. Great stuff,
Avatar 3:42pm V Priceless:

mentioned this earlier...saw Woodmansey/Visconti Friday in NYC - they played all of TMWSTW. Visconti dialed-up DB from his cell phone, held it up to the crowd, and we all sang 'Happy Birthday' to him....sniffle....

Hi, all.
@Caryn - X. Ray Burns was remarking yesterday how many supporters they have from Finland.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:50pm Caryn:

@Matt from Springfield: www.youtube.com...

Second to last verse has lines like "Ziggy dives into the stars and dares to go beneath the surface" and "Ziggy sings, Ziggy eats..."
Avatar 3:51pm V Priceless:

John Allen's premium is swell...love the version of "Hang On To yourself" by Charles De Goal, I think it is?
  3:51pm Dean:

The Bauhaus stab at "Ziggy Stardust" sticks. Same for "Third Uncle" on the f/s.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:53pm Caryn:

Blur did an interesting tribute to Bowie by using the "Boys Keep Swinging"/"Fantastic Voyage" chord progression on their song "M.O.R.", which was credited to "Blur/Bowie/Eno" after some legal wrangling.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:54pm Caryn:

@Ken from HP: well, we know a good thing when we hear it.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:54pm Matt from Springfield:

@Caryn: Ah, Finnish singer Hector. That has a nice 70s sound that I like, I may check out his songs later!
Avatar 3:54pm V Priceless:

@ Dean: great 7" that..saw them play both, back when it was released...lots of dry ice.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:55pm Planet Tyler:

It's incredible :(
Avatar 3:56pm dale:

wcbs local news this morning was all golden globes this and golden globes that and oh yeah - david bowie died.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:56pm Matt from Springfield:

That's right, Bowie will always remain. His vessel has left the planet.
  3:57pm Dean:

@VP: I think we discussed it once before here. I mentioned that mine is a 12" EP. I saw Bauhaus, too, at the Roxy on Sunset Blvd., and I think they played "Third Uncle," but sadly not "Bela Lugosi's Dead." Which, given today's news, is beside the point.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:57pm Caryn:

@Matt: yeah, his best stuff is from the 1972-74 era. Lots of art rock and complex poetic lyrics. I linked to his version of "Life on Mars?" on Joe's show's playlist, but I'd recomment his original stuff more.
  3:57pm Sound Forever:

David Bowie - Art Decade
Avatar 3:58pm thedunkel:

Richard Libertini died yesterday too at age 82 … if you run out of bowie to play… www.youtube.com...
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:00pm fred:

I now realize that the only Bowie record I've listened to regularly in the past 10 years or so is Outside. I probably have listened to Earthling more than the classics in that span
Avatar 4:00pm V Priceless:

@ Dean: ahhh..you are correct, sir. My mind is gone.
  4:01pm SeanG:

Outside is an overlooked masterpiece
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:01pm Matt from Springfield:

Yes, others have said that Bowie was able to go out on top. I'm always glad for that to happen for performers.

(Rick James was particularly fortunate - after so many years in the gutter, Dave Chappelle brought him back shortly before his death).
  4:01pm Dean:

Memory is a scarce commodity, VP. I think you have your priorities straight.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:02pm steve:

does anyone remember the fake Bowie standup comedy recordings? i remember i liked them.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:03pm Matt from Springfield:

And, having listened to Blackstar tracks, I'm glad David was able to release such an amazing album to go out on.
(Who was it who said here, they feared when LuLu came out that it would be Lou Reed's last album? :)
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:04pm Matt from Springfield:

@steve: I never heard of those, but if you could locate them somewhere we'd appreciate the link.
Avatar 4:04pm Chris from DC:

It's good isn't it? I wish I had appreciated it more earlier.
  4:05pm kevlicki:

Afternoon Scott.
Happy to have wfmu to get me through today.
  4:06pm Sound Forever:

Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence
  4:06pm P-90:

I believe Therese's playlist comment upon hearing the news was: "Holy Crap!"
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:07pm steve:

Matt - i weirdly can't find the recordings in a quick googling which is surprising. did find this article though: www.avclub.com...
  4:07pm Fred:

does this sound like clay pigeon to anyone else..?
Avatar 4:07pm dale:

this reminds me of bjork's 'the hunter'
Avatar 4:07pm BriJet:

I love what I've heard from the new album, still need to buy it.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:08pm Ken From Hyde Park:

@P-90 - When she went on mic, she said "I don't know what to do with this information." That sums up what I was feeling at that moment, too.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:08pm Caryn:

The "Bowie" stand up stuff was done by Ed Schrader. Here's one of them: edschrader.podomatic.com...
Avatar 4:08pm Mary Wing:

Thanks for reminding us that it's just Bowie's humanly vessel that's gone and the music remains; much like Sun Ra.
Avatar 4:09pm Cecile:

this kind of reminds me a little bit of Scott Walker's newer stuff, although it's more accessible.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:10pm Matt from Springfield:

@P-90: Which, I repeated in my own sense of bewilderment.
Someone named "Disco Dare" first broke the news, which I and others thought was a joke on all the Bowie being played. Just like when Dave Davies is played on FMU, people wonder if he's died and that's a tribute.

But then Therese announces it, and I thought she was punk'd. Wiki had updated the date of death, but no circumstances were listed and the article was unprotected. I thought it was some vandal trying to cause trouble, but then a Google search saw Hollywood Reporter, BBC and other outlets with the same sad news. I was shocked.
  4:10pm Polyus:

It's kind of amazing, nothing I have heard from Blackstar sounds the least bit rushed or incomplete.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:10pm steve:

thanks Caryn!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:10pm Matt from Springfield:

@Cecile: It is a bit like Bisch Bosch, isn't it?
Avatar 4:10pm dcp:

yeah, I was going to say Scott Walker..
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:11pm Parq:

Thanks for the link, steve. I never knew about that. I was wondering if maybe you meant Flight of the Conchord's "Bowie's In Space".
Avatar 4:11pm Cecile:

yes, it is Matt.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:12pm Matt from Springfield:

Okay, thanks Caryn for the Ed Schrader link!

I was also looking up, speaking of 70s Finnish music: have you heard of Blues Section? There was a great, somewhat baroque song "Cherry Cup-cake Twist" that I Starred last year on FMU.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:13pm Matt from Springfield:

Thanks steve for the AVclub link as well!
Avatar 4:13pm Cecile:

parq, which I posted on my twitter feed because it is great. they also do some funny interstitial stuff with various eras of Bowie in the episode, which is entitled "Bowie"
Avatar 4:14pm TehBadDr:

Thank you for this, I shoulda tuned in earlier. Blackstar and his timing off all this, brilliant exit!
  4:14pm Dean:

You should play Nick Lowe's "Marie Provost," because it appears on the EP tribute to DB.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:15pm Parq:

By the way, in Joss Whedon's "Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog", there is a group of super-villains that includes Dead Bowie.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:15pm Scott Williams:

Thanks for the reminder of the Ed Schrader standup stuff, Steve! I forgot - it's great!
  4:16pm David T. Superstar:

Shock, Sadness, and Tears.
Avatar 4:16pm Cecile:

that's right!
Also, Lowe's I love the Sound of Breaking Glass is a Bowie tease.
Avatar 4:17pm Cecile:

And after Low, Lowe put out an EP called Bowi.
Avatar 4:17pm sporkman:

Don't forget the Bowie character on the Venture Brothers: teamventure.org... "The Sovereign"
Avatar 4:18pm Cecile:

and he can turn into an eagle, IIRC?
Avatar 4:18pm sporkman:

How behind the times am I to go to the wfmu blog and see that it's been shut down since July. Oh social media, you win it all!
Avatar 4:19pm V Priceless:

yes! good Venture Bros. call, sporkman
  4:19pm Dean:

That's the EP I meant, Cecile. Lowe's parry.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:19pm Matt from Springfield:

Thanks sporkman! Parq reminded me of that and I was rushing to find a photo to link! :)
Avatar 4:19pm Cecile:

Got it, Dean.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:20pm Matt from Springfield:

Speaking of his friends Iggy and Nomi...
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:21pm Caryn:

@Matt: Blues Section were great. Only did one album, but it has some great tracks. "Cherry Cup-cake Twist" was only released as a single and on a "best of" collection. Lots of big names in Blues Section, especially Jim Pembroke and Hasse Walli. A lot of the members did good solo stuff and were in some major bands like Wigwam, Piirpauke and Tasavallan Presidentti, which I'd also recommend.
Avatar 4:21pm TehBadDr:

This is nice Blossoms in red is very Berlin era-esque.
Avatar 4:25pm InBrkly:

I need to laugh so I'm rewatching the brothers mcleod cartoon short of Bowie Eno & Visconti recording Warsaw
Avatar 4:25pm Cecile:

I just saw that, someone posted it. It's hilarious.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:25pm Caryn:

@Matt: oh, and they're currently making a movie about Blues Section's record label, Love Records. From some of the newspaper articles I've read about it, it seems that several members of the band are key characters in the film.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:26pm Ken From Hyde Park:

Maybe a round of "Werewolf David Bowie" during Dr. Gameshow will lighten the mood.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:27pm Matt from Springfield:

All right, thanks Caryn! Sounds like good stuff.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:28pm Matt from Springfield:

@Ken HP: Heh, was that actually a previous game on Dr. Gameshow? :) Good idea to dig it out today, then!
Avatar 4:28pm βrian:

This is odd. I was just reading about Huber beer a few moments ago. Used to come in 8-packs of longnecks ...

Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:33pm Matt from Springfield:

  4:35pm Dean:

Discussion upthread about Wigwam, Tasavallan Presidentti, etc., got me thinking about Jukka Tolonen. Last I heard he was in prison for violently attacking his girlfriend. I guess he's now out, a Christian, no longer playing guitar.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:37pm Grok-o-matic:

The Old Grey Whistle Test TV version of five Years is pretty awesome.
Avatar 4:38pm Mary Wing:

Thanks InBrkly, that was hilarious!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:39pm Grok-o-matic:

3rd time I've heard this today. And Still enjoying every second. Granted all three times were different versions.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:39pm Parq:

@sporkman, 4:17:

Bowie shows up as a guest to the Monarch's wedding, with his feral underlings Klaus Nomi and Iggy Pop.

The wonder of it all.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:40pm Caryn:

@Dean: Tolonen has bad arthritis, so he can't play anymore (though he's played guitar once on a 2014 album by Kari Peitsamo). He sings and plays piano now, and has released a couple of albums of hymns and such. A friend of mine produced the first of them.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:40pm Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

Most of us aspire to even just write a song - but Bowie would really lay out short stories in popsong form...
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:40pm Grok-o-matic:

I always forget about Klaus Nomi. He's pretty great.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:40pm Matt from Springfield:

Nice, this sounds like "Really Rosie" era!
  4:41pm Santos L Halper:

Thanks for CaroleK! Love these Sendak tunes she did

hello Scott and others
Avatar 4:42pm BriJet:

Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:43pm Matt from Springfield:

It is M. Sendak lyrics? Sure sounds like it.

@RRN63: Short story songs, albums, trilogies of albums. Never very "forward" like a rock opera, but his sense of "storytelling" is subtle and powerful, you're right.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:43pm Matt from Springfield:

Hi there coelacanth!
  4:43pm Dean:

@Caryn: Thank you for the update! I adored his work in the '70s and '80s, had many of his solo works as well as TP records, most of which I unloaded, now to my dismay. I picked up his Coltrane tribute a few years ago. So sorry to hear about the drug addiction and violence.
Avatar 4:43pm Cheyenne:

Pretty sure this one is about the singularity.
  4:43pm David T. Superstar:

Fu_k the walk! got to keep listening!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:44pm coelacanth:

hey Matt Sweet avatar!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:44pm Scott Williams:

yep, came from C. King's collab w/ M. Sendak, "Really Rosie" - the whole thing is fantastic
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:44pm Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

He was one up on 'Rock Opera' people because of his theatrical sense.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:46pm Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

Pete Townshend just said Bowie was his Dali.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:46pm Caryn:

@Matt: btw, if you're interested in 70s' Finnish music, I'd recommend checking out Blues Section's fellow Love Records band Kaseva. Considered by many to be the finest Finnish band of the 70s. Great, often elegiac, folky rock. For example, www.youtube.com... and www.youtube.com...
Avatar 4:47pm Chris from DC:

Unforgettable version of this on Saturday Night Live with Klaus Nomi.
  4:47pm Santos L Halper:

@Matt: Seek it out, great animated versions of his stuff. Alligators all around was I a long term ear worm for me when my kids were a little younger
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:48pm Scott Williams:

What @Chris from DC said! Joey Arias on there too - my 1st exposure to the tune
  4:48pm P-90:

Forgot all about "Really Rosie", I should revisit that...
  4:48pm Dean:

Had this on 8-track.
Avatar 4:48pm TehBadDr:

So, I watched the Lazarus video the other day when the Blackstar was released, and noted how unwell David looked, shrugged it off, age. I listened to Station to Station and Low that night to get a Bowie fix. Woke to the news this morning and it has messed my head good for most the day. Listening is helping.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:48pm Matt from Springfield:

Deeper storytelling, more theatric senses! Yes!

@Santos: I remembered "Chicken Soup with Rice" from my elementary years, only learned more about "Really Rosie" once I came across FMU. I'd like to check out the whole thing again.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:50pm Grok-o-matic:

Oh yeah! Love LOW.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:50pm Matt from Springfield:

Thanks coelacanth! I'm switching btw Bowie avatars for the near future. I found a nice newer pic where he wears a fedora, and shows his different colored eyes. But the shape is a bit too landscape and looks compressed in the FS. So the other one is an early, mid 60s Bowie that I really liked (and hey, maybe this is how he looked when recording THIS current song!)
Avatar 4:50pm BriJet:

Low is one of my fave albums! eek!!!

Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:51pm Stanley:

Warszawa. Low, perhaps my all time favourite (waddamisayin?)
  4:51pm David T. Superstar:

I love this instrumental. Love Low as well.
Great Show Scott! Thanks!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:52pm Matt from Springfield:

"Var-shava"! I've been there (and to Berlin right after, as a matter of fact..)
Avatar 4:52pm TehBadDr:

Yep, this album really opened my ears and mind to ambient.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:52pm coelacanth:

low is in my top 6; and i don't have to rate those 6!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:54pm redkayak:

@coelacanth right on.....
  4:54pm joe mulligan:

thanks for playing Warszawa Scott.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:55pm coelacanth:

Matt i've seen pix of him with that hair but that's an unusual image! it took a closer look to know it was Bowie.
Avatar 4:55pm InBrkly:

One of those things you hear for the first time and instead of thinking "what am I hearing" you think "what is happening to me"
Avatar 4:55pm Chris from DC:

If you haven't read Bowie in Berlin, it's fascinating, especially the stuff on the making of this one.
Avatar 4:56pm V Priceless:

anyone notice in the "Lazarus" vid he's wearing the blue/white stripe outfit from 'Station To Staion' era?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:57pm Matt from Springfield:

Heh, Anthony Newley-esque!
  4:57pm goat friend:

What a nice combo, thanks.
Avatar 4:58pm MenfussMike:

VP that video is pretty creepy. Lots of weird imagery and "underlying" themes.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:59pm Matt from Springfield:

@coelacanth: Speaking of Scott Walker, I think he resembles Scott Walker with the suit and hair, until you look at the face. This one even predates his self-titled debut "David Bowie" in 1967.
Avatar 4:59pm TehBadDr:

MFM, indeed, there's a lot of message there.
  5:00pm rob steffens:

i picked that LITA record up for some of the little ones this year
  5:00pm steve:

Rainbow Connection? i zoned out, are we talking about Dr Gameshow again?
Avatar 5:02pm InBrkly:

yeah that is just nuts. his work is such a clear act of love.
  5:03pm Fred:

He was a Pasties artist?
  5:04pm David T. Superstar:

My tributes yea!
  5:05pm David T. Superstar:

I meant ..more tributes yea
Avatar 5:07pm InBrkly:

Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:08pm coelacanth:

i don't know comus. i'm intrigued!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:08pm rjk:

The whole Bowie is a pastiche artist bugs me. Do people say Picasso is because Les Demoiselles D'Avignon is like Cezannes The Bathers? Of course they don't. They talk about Picasso's genius in reinventing it.
Bowie meant a hell of a lot to me. This and Joe's show have been great, thanks Scott. (and Joe).
  5:10pm Adrianna Natalie:

oooo ♥
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:10pm coelacanth:

when is this from?
...i Like it.
Avatar 5:11pm Cecile:

I think in a lot of ways David Bowie was an opportunist. And you know what? If you just have people doing everything with the most pure motives, you get a whole lot of earnest music that doesn't change. I like fun and weirdness and posing and goofiness. While I wasn't the biggest Bowie fan, I appreciated him trying to not be bored.
Avatar 5:12pm Chris from DC:

Isn't it '71, that amazing year.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:12pm Scott Williams:

yes, that most magical 1971

Life is utter chaos, just a moment to peep in here & behold, COMUS. Best reissue LP in the last million years. Every molecule perfect.

Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:16pm coelacanth:

shit,'71 and this the first i'm hearing of it?
i've been bamboozled! -surely someone else is responsible for the bag over my head.
  5:17pm David T. Superstar:

So relieved to share this bad day with my FMU family.
Avatar 5:17pm Cecile:

this sounds like Mikael Akerfeldt listened to this very closely before Opeth recorded Damnation.
Avatar 5:17pm Rev. Turnip Druid:

Someone at this very station (may have been thee, SW?) played the track DIANA from this Comus LP and it turned my head into raging joy/hell/joy. Based on that track alone, had to have it. Insanely recommended.
Avatar 5:18pm InBrkly:

I first heard them by way of the reissue. Bought it at aquarius records in SF, where they apparently don't hate anything because if you read any of their staff recomendation cards you are pretty much spellbound to buy the album.
  5:18pm Adrianna Natalie:

Loving the show Scott~ Thanks
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:18pm Caryn:

@Matt: just realised, have to revise my Hector year recommendation to 1972-78. One of his best albums was in 1978 (featuring two former Blues Section members, btw).
Avatar 5:18pm Cecile:

I keep mixing them up with momus.
Avatar 5:19pm InBrkly:

And they also have this thing about 1971.
Avatar 5:19pm Cecile:

I don't think I like Momus. But I like most of this.
Avatar 5:20pm V Priceless:

nice - thank you, Scott!
Avatar 5:20pm Rev. Turnip Druid:

Hawkwind's X IN SEARCH OF SPACE got me started noticing 1971 records, and the pattern is mighty.
Avatar 5:21pm Cecile:

I'm starting to like 1974 more, and 1981 is also a pretty potent year.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:21pm Parq:

This show has been great. The whole day of programming today has been great, even the non-Bowie stuff. WFMU gave me exactly what I wanted in response to the Duke's passing. I don't even want to think about what the Clearchannel stations were doing today.
  5:21pm emily:

Sorry I missed most of this but thanks Scott! I will listen again on archives!
Avatar 5:24pm Trolleybus:

Comus takes me back to whiteing out in my misspent youth. Great track.
  5:25pm David T. Superstar:

love this tune. Thanks Scot :)
Avatar 5:25pm dale:

krist, this kristofferson is hazlewood territory!
5:25pm Dave in Vermont on the phone:

Don't worry @Parq. The clearchannel stations weren't thinking about what they were doing either.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:27pm Scott Williams:

been listening to this album on repeat all weekend. KRIS!!! a major major dude
  5:28pm David T. Superstar:

I agree with what Parq said at 5:21. So glad there is an FMU to get me through this day and through this week.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:28pm Lewis:

@dale - so true!

Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:39pm Ken From Hyde Park:

If there were any showings of David Bowie movies at Monty Hall, I'll bet there would be a pretty good turn out. What movie would be the best choice?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:40pm Linda Lee:

@Ken fron Hyde Park ~ how many are there?
Avatar 5:41pm Marcel M:

Yo Scott!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:42pm Scott Williams:

Hey Marcel!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:42pm Matt from Springfield:

Agree again with Parq/David - WFMU is where most of us need to be and want to be today. Not just a replay of "Greatest Hits" CDs, but genuine appreciation for Bowie and his art, with all the nooks and crannies of his life's work brought out to amaze and enjoy. This is why I (we) love WFMU.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:43pm Matt from Springfield:

It also helps that I've been wearing the "Bird Beak" T-shirt since yesterday. So good atmosphere in every way over here!
  5:44pm David T. Superstar:

Hi Scott!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:45pm Scott Williams:

Hola, David! Glad to see you here a bunch today
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:46pm Ken From Hyde Park:

@Linda - I'm finding out now. www.imdb.com...
  5:47pm David T. Superstar:

I knew where to tune into today :)
Avatar 5:47pm InBrkly:

Well obviously Labyrinth, AKA "David Bowie & His Package". Also he was great as Tesla in Prestige.
  5:48pm David T. Superstar:

yes he was indeed!
Avatar 5:49pm InBrkly:

And as Warhol in Basquiat
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:49pm coelacanth:

The HUNGER, fo' sho.

Thank you Sir Scott! You helped to start the healing process.

I consider myself no stranger to difficult listening but that Ziggy Bathtub was fucking brutal. RIP Bowie.
