  9:20am Michael Hurlbert:

Bob - thanks for playing Dion DiMucci, one the greatest (and most underrated) artists of the entire Rock and Roll cannon. Unbelievably, he has been writing, arranging and recording vital music for seven decades.
9:27am David in ATL from NJ:

Great stuff, Bob!
Avatar 9:29am SmokinJ:

Rockin' wake up bb!
9:31am David in ATL from NJ:

Never heard this version, Bob. Thank for the spin. One of my favorite and overlooked Kinks classics.
9:35am David in ATL from NJ:

The horns are what got me out of my chair and to the playlist. Welcome, PT.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:44am Mike Sin:

Great show so far, Bob!

Re: Deram Dayze
Still my go-to comp to hear Beverly's "Happy New Year" -- I don't thin that track showed up on any other comps.
  9:50am William:

Jazz Abstractions and Ornette's Free Jazz LP recorded within the same 24 hr. period.
9:51am David in ATL from NJ:

Loving this take on Monk. Bob or Pete, do you know when that Terry Adams performing his interpretations of Monk songs will be released?
Avatar 9:51am duke:

Good Morning all. Stuck working Saturday morning. Thanks for the nice tunes to help me through the AM.
  10:16am William:

Bob, someday you should do an entire Jack Nitzsche show.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:17am Mike East:

That was strikingly similar to the first track on Jacco Gardner's album

  10:40am AZ Dave:

Early Steve Miller great; late SM woeful. Kinks good to the last drop.
