hello thomas and fellow brainiacs :)
Avatar 9:06am Marcel M:

Morning Thomas and friends. This Nzumbe is quite cool.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:07am MD:

Hello All....It is "snowing" Pollen here in the NE....!!!
I think Santa Hay Fever is going to take the sled out today!!!

Good morning Thomas

Good AM Thomas; Happy Friday everyone
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:23am braveness23:

Le Sniff... I am working somewhere where I cannot stream audio today.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:25am sphere:

Maybe there could be a service where a fellow listener drops by your workplace and hums along appropriately.
Avatar 9:25am Thomas:

good morning!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:29am braveness23:

Oh heck, I just checked my phones data usage for last month and as always I only used a quarter of my limit. I'll just stream over Verizon. They can't (or don't) block that!

But I do like the idea of a fellow listener humming to songs to me. Cheri Pi, are you available? I'm just up in Reading OH. If you stand on the roof of your work and hummed really loud I could probably hear you.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:33am Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

...maybe if we did it all together...on our roofs...
Avatar 9:34am Roberto:

Green is not a creative color.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:35am Stepchild:

Mmm This has me saying "Alexa, louder!"
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:36am braveness23:

Would you all do that for me??? Cuz the sound from my phone is pretty crappy. This song sounds like some really gritty guitars and a drum machine and some people muttering words with a weird lead synth. Oh wait...
Avatar 9:38am Marcel M:

Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:43am Greg from Bloomfield:

Morning, Thomas and all!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:46am braveness23:

You guys are going to need to hum a little louder. In the next room is a girls high school choir warming up with scales and arpeggios. My fear is that they are about to start singing the awful Sound of Music medley that they've been working on. Please hum louder!
Avatar 9:53am Cheri Pi:

Heya B23! I can't hear myself think over this din, oh wait!
  9:57am maja:

Love this love all
Avatar 9:58am fred:

Good morning Thomas and brains. Another holiday over here, so I get to listen without work getting in the way
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:59am braveness23:

Hi CP! CP, I have to tell you something. I hung out Wednesday evening with a 10 year old girl named Cee Cee who is... I swear... the spitting image of you in appearance and persona. You would either LOVE this girl or you would kick her ass. When I told S23 that Cee Cee reminded me of her aunt CP she just about fell off her chair
Avatar 10:00am Thomas:

happy holiday, fred!
Avatar 10:08am Cheri Pi:

I love that! I need to fight her.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:09am braveness23:

That is pretty much what she said about you. I can arrange this, CP.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:13am Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

... Fight ! [...hummming...] Fight! ...
Avatar 10:14am Chris from DC:

Great set.
Avatar 10:16am Cheri Pi:

Let's do it. I'm free this weekend to kick some Äss.
Avatar 10:16am fred:

@B23: Does she love Voivod?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:18am braveness23:

@Fred, this kid is a mini CP. I suspect that she was wearing Voivod underoos... just like CP.
Avatar 10:20am Cheri Pi:

Speaking of coinky-dinces, this may be pertinent to our interests B23, being midwesterners www.songkick.com...
Avatar 10:20am Cheri Pi:

But is the kid Scandi-Yoopian????
Avatar 10:23am Rev. Turnip Druid:

Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:23am braveness23:

@CP, we have had some pretty serious discussions at our house about this Kraftwerk tour. Our current position is that we are not going to attend. But this is based off if the possibly incorrect assumption that that the tickets will sell out even before the pre-sale. I will have to look into this because seeing Kraftwerk live is an experience that I would not deny my child for anything.
Avatar 10:25am Cheri Pi:

Yes, let's discuss this as a family over many beers.
Avatar 10:25am Cheri Pi:

Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:27am braveness23:

We shall. You know I am quite happy with being a Cincinnatian and a mid-westerner. But one thing that irritates me to no end is that all the good shows are on Monday nights as the bands make their way across the country on their way to their "real shows" in "real cities" on the weekends...
Avatar 10:28am Chris from DC:

Did someone say many beers?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:29am common:

Avatar 10:30am Cheri Pi:

Midwesterners have always had to work twice as hard.
Avatar 10:30am Cheri Pi:

and use more vacation time
Avatar 10:31am Cheri Pi:

Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:34am braveness23:

We certainly smell like we work harder, don't we?

Hello Thomas & all!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:36am Greg from Bloomfield:

I'm never missing another Record Fair ever again. EVER AGAIN.
Avatar 10:38am Chris from DC:

Very bummed to miss the Renderers.
Avatar 10:42am Thomas:

Did I say that Contingent was new? It is not.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:43am Stepchild:

Hells bells Thomas! We are relying on this info!!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:43am Stepchild:

Need this one for my daughter. "Comb your teeth!"
Avatar 10:49am fred:

Thomas, we all know that your "new" is more probable than not to mean "reissued"
  10:49am Jason:

saw Renderers play last night in a garden in Philadelphia. The were really incredible. Psyched to see them Saturday with Endless Boogie & Hoagie Jungle!
Avatar 10:50am Rev. Turnip Druid:

Probably for the best that I missed the rekkid-fair. Considering that it's time to box up the LPs again for a move. [cue old man grunting]
Avatar 10:51am Thomas:

true, fred. I promise this AWOTT is new new
Avatar 10:52am Cheri Pi:

I'm on a hiatus right now until a 'nuther trip to the Sveedish record shelf store :(
Avatar 10:56am Chris from DC:

Yeah, wish I had found out about Philly sooner.
Avatar 10:58am fred:

@Rev.: I hope all your collection makes it safely
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:00am Stepchild:

I kid but I said a week or so ago I love (LOVE!) the immaculate playlist produced by Thomas's resolution & determination. A resource, is what it is. But for all that, it is nothing next to the sheer pleasure of weekly audition, I hope I'm clear on that! ..and... GODZILLA!!
Avatar 11:03am Thomas:

of course, Stepchild. thanke!
  11:03am Jason:

Chris from DC... yeah, they were amazing. It was last minute so not many people knew about the show. did I mention they were playing in a garden? ha ha.
