Small sample size, but when I met Roger Miller he seemed like a very nice guy with a great sense of humor, especially about himself
Avatar 3:38pm Rev. Turnip Druid:

The caller who bought TWO guitars was so obviously a plant. it seemed esteban knew him or knew it was fake and was laughing to himself bc of it.
Avatar 3:45pm Yair Yona:

Scott, today 46 years ago, Piper At The Gates was released. Do you have a Russian jazz version to one of the songs in the album somewhere ? Polka would be ok as well/
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:51pm Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

...that's a Year to the Day ('66-'67) after Beatles' 'Revolver' - Piper recorded AbbeyRoad 1 same time as Pepper in AbbeyRoad 2, & 1st thing in 2 after Pepper - Zombies' 'Odessey & Oracle'...so I read in Mojo...
Avatar 3:51pm thedunkel:

scott YEAH scott
Avatar 3:57pm Yair Yona:

I recorded once in Abbey Road. I was managing a band called Rockfour, and they won the best cover for Arnold Layne. Gilmour picked their version and the prize was a recording day in the studios. the second I stepped in the studio 2 hall, I felt life would never be the same again. after the band finished recording, I grabbed the bass and played for an hour or so. was crazy. en.smalltownromanceblog.com...
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:59pm Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

Wow! Because of what happened in AbbeyRoadStudios - nobody's lives would ever be the same again.
