Beet ice cream? Really? How is it? Sounds very red. I love that deep red. I need an ice cream maker. But it might just gather dust. Tried making ice cream without it, but you really need to stir constantly to get the ice crystals out, and maybe add a little alcohol too. Too much trouble.
